About The Position

Role Purpose Ensure secure and disciplined work environment. Maintain internal and external security plan. Monitors all store agreed SOPs representing IKEA`s image. Key Accountabilities

  • Security plan execution and activation.

  • Monitoring both store and security instructions execution.

  • Internal security and traffic management KPIs follow up.

  • Application of loss prevention routines and instructions.

  • Ensuring all routines are undertaken in compliance with security instructions, SOPs, legislation and practice codes.

  • Monitoring technical status of all security systems (technical security) and malfunctions reports.

  • Ensures punctual Training plans for both internal security and traffic management teams.

  • Deals, handles and reports all events, incidents and violations, as per security instructions.

  • Ensures punctual execution for evacuation and emergency codes procedures as per SOPs.

  • Administration of all staffing matters for internal security and traffic management services, including preparation of guards monthly shift rotation, ensuring sufficient coverage as per security plan.

  • Maintain controlled execution to key management system.

  • Ensure that stored records are securely under data protection instructions.

  • Site security searches.

  • Supervises performance of CCTV supervisors.

  • Ensures right storage and hand over of lost & found and restored items to the customer/store through the agreed paths.

About You Education

  • University Graduate.

  • Security Training.

  • Previous experience in security field.

Minimum Experience And Skills

  • 1-3 years proven experience in security field.
