JOB SUMMARY:

The Assistant Security Manager supports leadership with the management of staff and day‐to‐day operations for security

department. In this role, the individual is accountable to deliver established goals, utilizes good judgment to assess and

escalate situations when warranted and utilizes knowledge and skills in the area of expertise while maintaining expected

quality standards. The Assistant Security Manager must act as a leader by building constructive relationships and by

supporting department leadership in developing, setting and executing department goals. The Assistant Security Manager

takes on the role of Security Manager during weekends.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 Bachelor degree in military or police science.

 A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the military or police.

 A minimum of 5 years of experience in private sectors security.

 Fluent in English & Arabic (Spoken and written).

 Knowledge of security management, combined with Military or Police background.

 Experience using relevant technology and equipment.

 Understanding and ability to manage security challenges.

 Capability to appropriately supervise security guards.

 Observing deadlines and achieving results.

 Motivated by professional rather than personal concerns.

 Shows persistence when faced with difficult problems or challenges.

 Willing to learn from others.

Working Conditions:

 Working hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday from 02:00 pm to 10:00 pm (flexibility is necessary)

Days Off: Wednesday and Thursday (or any other two working week days)
