Ensures all efforts are made to identify and reduce losses to the company while protecting and enhancing the image of the company.
Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Identify potential risks and propose action plan to ensure safe conditions for assets,merchandise and environment
Guarantee that the staff at store respect the internal and national security procedures
Guarantee that the security team in the store reflect good image of the company
Report any action that might interfere with the proper functioning of the company
Guarantee the quality of security training conducted in the store.
Communicate social information that can affect the activities and the image of the company
Guarantee the proper application of the theft handling procedures in the store
Elaborate with merchandise team action plans to decrease the shrinkage in the store.
Ensure all store procedures linked with security matters ( business cycle ) are controlled
Identify risk of loss and propose action plan.
Propose security companies to establish national contracts.
Guarantee the respect of labor laws, the rules and cultural practices of the company.
Guarantee the human resources correspond to quantitative and qualitative requirements.
The ability to develop ways to detect safety issues and security violations and to put programs in place to prevent repeat occurrences.
10+ years professional experience military or police background is a must
Bachelor’s degree of Law
