We are currently recruiting for an experience Security Manager to manage, direct and support the day-to-day security operations for JPMC premises.


About Global Security and Investigations

Global Security and Investigations protects the firm's employees and assets throughout the world. This responsibility includes the development of security and safety policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative compliance, security guard management and alarm response, incident management, corporate building security and customer/visitor/client safety, physical crime investigations, workplace violence, fire and life safety, executive protection, pre-employment screening, security operations on a global basis, and fraud Investigations.

Some key responsibilities:

  • Protection of personnel/physical properties/financial assets

  • Analyze security needs, plan and direct implementation of security measures, such as security or safety systems, and estimate costs of operation balanced against calculated risk

  • Health & safety and fire & life safety

  • Crisis management

  • Training Staff and colleagues in incident and risk management, building evacuation, personal & office safety, general physical security awareness

  • Project management

  • Manage and maintain all aspects of technical security infrastructures

  • Guard force vendor management

  • Executive protection

  • Controls and oversight

  • Law enforcement liaison

  • Coordination with Senior Management.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • Good understanding of the Security dynamics of the Middle East

  • Knowledge of physical and technical security systems including access control and CCTV. Ability to carry out site risk assessments and security evaluations

  • Knowledge of staff safety, and security operations, rules & regulations, precautions, prevention, and the protection of people, data, and property

  • Knowledge of local Health & Safety and Fire & Life Safety rules and regulations

  • Excellent PC skills, MS Office

  • Attention to detail

  • Must be an effective communicator, both internally and externally to JPMC

  • Ability to work well within a team and on your own

  • Good administrative and organizational skills

  • Previous experience in similar position.

All internal moves will normally take place on the same grade and same salary. Salaries are reviewed annually in February. Exceptions to the rule regarding transfer on current salary may include a move between geographic locations.
